Many of us encounter challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the direction of our lives. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, work stress, and major life transitions can make it difficult to live the kind of life we want to live. Despite our best efforts, we may find ourselves repeating patterns that no longer serve us or struggling to move toward what matters most.
As a licensed psychologist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can explore life’s challenges openly and honestly. I believe therapy works best when it is built on trust, authenticity, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in the difficult conversations that often lead to meaningful growth. Many of my clients are reflective and hardworking individuals who appear to have things together on the outside, yet privately struggle with stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or questions about identity and purpose.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals develop greater psychological flexibility. Rather than focusing solely on eliminating difficult thoughts and emotions, ACT helps us develop a different relationship with these experiences so that they no longer dictate the direction of our lives. Together, we work to clarify what matters most and take meaningful action toward building a rich, fulfilling, and values-driven life.
ANXIETY, STRESS, AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING SPECIALIZATION
Anxiety, stress, depression, perfectionism, burnout, and trauma can narrow our lives and pull us away from the people, activities, and values that matter most. Therapy can help you develop greater flexibility in responding to difficult thoughts and emotions while cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and emotional wellbeing.
RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNICATION, AND CONNECTION SPECIALIZATION
Our relationships have a profound impact on our quality of life. Whether you are navigating communication difficulties, conflict, family concerns, boundary-setting, dating challenges, or relationship transitions, therapy can help you build more authentic, meaningful, and connected relationships with others and yourself.
IDENTITY, PURPOSE, AND LIFE TRANSITIONS SPECIALIZATION
Major life transitions often lead us to question who we are, what we value, and how we want tomove forward.
