HEALTH INSURANCES ACCEPTED
Each provider is in network with certain insurance companies. Call for specifics on which provider accepts which insurance plans. We have certain providers who are in network with the following Insurance companies:
- Medicare
- Tricare
- Aetna
- Humana
- Cigna
- United Healthcare/Optum
OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE:
We do out of network electronic billing for the following Insurance companies:
- BCBS
For out of network billing we will submit electronically to your insurer to see what they will cover. You will be responsible for the full fee for the first session. Once your insurance reimburses we will credit your account based on the amount they cover. From there you will only be responsible to cover the difference that your insurance does not cover. This is different from the majority of practices where they make you pay in full for each session and then you are responsible to submit a claim on your own to get reimbursed from your insurance. We do this as a service to our clients to help ease the burden of paying out of pocket. Diagnoses are needed for out of network billing. We also give superbills for insurers that we are not able to bill out of network to electronically so that you can submit for reimbursement on your own. To find out about your benefits call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask them what your out of network benefits are.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept a number of payment options including:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Cards
- Flexible and Health Care Spending Accounts
