Individual Therapy Intensives
Deep Work. Real Change. Faster.
What if you didn’t have to wait months to feel a shift?
Sometimes, weekly therapy isn’t the right fit. Maybe you're navigating a big life transition, feeling stuck in chronic patterns, or craving focused space to finally address what’s been simmering under the surface. That’s where Individual Therapy Intensives come in. Intensives are a powerful, neuroscience-informed alternative to weekly therapy. We take usually 16- 20 hours—concentrated across a single week (sometimes across 2-3) —to dive deep, interrupt long-standing patterns, and create real momentum in your healing and growth.
Who Individual Intensives Are For
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from an intensive. In fact, many of my intensive clients are high-functioning, high-achieving individuals who are outwardly successful—but inwardly feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You might benefit from an intensive if:
- You’re burned out or on the edge of it
- You’re a healthcare professional, attorney, executive, or academic with limited time for ongoing therapy
- You feel like you've “talked about it” in therapy before—but haven’t felt a real shift
- You're ready to do deeper inner work in a focused, contained, and supported space
- You’re preparing for or processing a major life transition (divorce, career change, grief, identity shift)
- You’re noticing recurring patterns in relationships that you’re ready to break
What Happens in an Intensive?
Think of it as a personal mental health retreat—customized to your goals and grounded in neuroscience. Across 4–5 days (typically Monday through Friday), we’ll meet for structured, extended sessions (2-4 hours) totaling 20 clinical hours. Each day includes a mix of:
- Deep, focused therapy sessions tailored to your goals
- Psychoeducation on your nervous system, attachment, and emotional patterns
- Somatic work to process emotions that talking alone can’t reach
- Experiential approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, and Inner Child healing
- Concrete skills and tools for regulation, boundaries, and self-compassion
- Integration time to process what’s coming up and build sustainable change
This isn’t just intensive talk therapy—it’s whole-person work. I draw on a wide range of modalities (IFS, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic practices, trauma-informed approaches, and the STAIR Method) to create a flexible and integrated experience that meets you where you are.
