Mindfulness is most often associated with meditation but there are so many different ways that we often don’t think about to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness can also be practiced through many different types of activities and avenues. Many people use various forms of art, massage, movement, dance, as well as being in nature as a way to achieve a state of presence and mindful engagement.

In honor of our new office location opening this month in St. Pete this post will discuss local resources and activities here in The Burg where we can find different ways and activities to help cultivate and achieve mindfulness and mindful practice.
