Who We're Looking For

🔹 Licensed Psychologists & Mental Health Counselors or Social Workers (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW)Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of Florida
• Willing to see a minimum of 15 client hours per week
• Open to a hybrid model with some in-office time in Pete and South Tampa
• Experience or interest in couples therapy, trauma, child therapy, or eating disorders is a plus
• Prior private practice or insurance panel experience is a bonus

Compensation: 1099 Contract Position $80–$140/hour | Full-time potential: $95,000–$150,000/year

🔹 Postdoctoral Residents

Requirements:

• Completion of APA-approved internship
• Willingness to see clients in person in both our Tampa and Pete offices, with some virtual days
• Interest in staying with the practice long-term upon licensure

Compensation: Employee Position | Competitive compensation + training, mentoring, and supervision included
