SPEER YMCA: we are lucky to have a brand new sprawling YMCA gym in north St. Pete that offers a large gym in addition to many different classes and adult sport leagues.


CLUB PILATES: brand new and just about to open on corner of 62nd and 4th st. We are excited to have several new exercise opportunities right in our same north St. Pete neighboring business community. 


PURE BARRE-offers classes that are great for core building. Going to regular exercise classes can offer both a good workout and sense of community all at the same time. 



WELLNESS PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES:  with locations in St. Pete (on 4th St. Above pure Barre) we offer comprehensive individual and couples therapy for children, adolescents and adults.
