Pricing & Insurance

Our pricing for therapy differs depending on the type of service, length of service and provider. Pricing’s range from $150-$250 per hour.

If you book your first session appointment online the cost of the 55 minute Diagnostic Evaluation session is $150.

We do consider reduced rates on an individual basis which can be discussed with your provider. Our office will work with you and strives to help you find a way to be able to get exceptional treatment at a reasonable and fair price, even if you don’t have health insurance or are not able to use it. Your provider will work with you on this as best they can.

Each provider is in network with certain insurance companies. Call for specifics on which provider accepts which insurance plans. We have certain providers who are in network with the following Insurance companies:

  • Medicare
  • Tricare
  • Aetna
  • Humana
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare/Optum

We do out of network electronic billing for the following Insurance companies:

  • BCBS

For out of network billing we will submit electronically to your insurer to see what they will cover. You will be responsible for the full fee for the first session. Once your insurance reimburses we will credit your account based on the amount they cover. From there you will only be responsible to cover the difference that your insurance does not cover. This is different from the majority of practices where they make you pay in full for each session and then you are responsible to submit a claim on your own to get reimbursed from your insurance. We do this as a service to our clients to help ease the burden of paying out of pocket. Diagnoses are needed for out of network billing. We also give superbills for insurers that we are not able to bill out of network to electronically so that you can submit for reimbursement on your own. To find out about your benefits call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask them what your out of network benefits are.

We accept a number of payment options including:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Cards
  • Flexible and Health Care Spending Accounts

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  •  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, hospital fees, and mental health services.
  • Make sure your health care/Mental health provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business day before your medical or counseling services. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit or call (800) 368-1019

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate with your intake paperwork at the time of scheduling an appointment. If at anytime during treatment you like to request another Good Faith Estimate, please contact us. A Good Faith estimate will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
